if b,c,d are constants and x2+bx+c=(x+d)2 (2 is square)for all values of x, what is value of c?
a) d=3
b) b=6

x2+bx+c=(x+d)^2 for all x
hence
b=2d and c=d^2
1) sufficient
2) sufficient
