Parallelism, parallelism, paralellism!

"...although government policy.. can influence..., management decisions have at least as great an impact...".

"Management decisions" is parallel to "government policy": choose (a).

I understood the parallelism here, but was confused with the usage of "as great an impact". As per my knowledge the correct idiom is "as ... as" and the first option omits the second as...

Same question here too, 'at least as great an impact on a company's performance. ' sounds as if it is missing something.

mayb like 'at least as great an impact on a company's performance as something' or ' a great impact on company's performance'.

I find A best among the worst. Any comments guys?

I rejected A in first reading itself.

Old thread!

When the first part of the comparison appears before "at least as", you don't require another "as" in the sentence. For example:
Bob makes a mean pizza, but Fred's spaghetti is at least as good.
Die Hard 2 was a thrill ride from start to finish, but Die Hard 4 was at least as exciting.
and in this question:
Although government policy is influential, management decisions have at least as great an impact.
