let x be the least integer therefore x+10 will be the greatest integer.
the series will be x,x+1,x+2 ...................... x+10.

from stat1 - [x+(x+1)+(x+2)+.........+(x+8 )]/9 = 7
9x+(1+2+................+8 ) = 63

here is a standard formula for sum of first n numbers
sum = n(n+1)/2

9x +(8*9/2) = 63
x = 3
hence we can find the mean of all the integers

similarly from stat2 we get x=3.

hence IMO D.
