Hunt for Descent Australian MBA programs

by sanjib.saha » Thu Jan 12, 2012 1:26 am
Looking to get admitted to a descent MBA program. My background is 10+ yrs in IT consulting and working as a project leader position in a reputed organization and managing a team of 15 senior software developers. I have a oversees experience of 4yrs in US. I did MCA from a reputed institution in India and have 3.0 GPA. Planning to appear for GMAT within 2 months and looking for a 700+ score.

I am looking for a branded international MBA program that will give me a good return on investment. I was considering two Australian schools namely Melbourne Business School Queensland, University of - Business School, Curtin Graduate School of Business and The university of New South Wales (Australian School of Business). Looks like both the schools have good reputation globally and rankings are descent as well. Has anyone in the forum has any personal experience with these schools? Currently studying or passing out etc.? Recruitment environment etc. Are these good enough schools for me? I have just started the actual research on the MBA programs and currently not sure where I should go to. I am also looking for US schools but let's restrict this forum to to Australian business school please.

Looking forward for your replies.
Thanks,
Sanjib
