Dear ramyak,

There are not many one year program options in the US, and the schools that do offer a 12-18 month option often require an undergraduate degree in business. You might run a query on mba.com to see if you can uncover a list of possible options and then look at each school individually to determine if you meet its prerequisites in terms of coursework.

As for the schools already on your list, I do think you have a chance. However, you will need a strong, compelling application to get you a positive decision on your application. Be sure to highlight your teamwork, leadership and managerial skills--try to reframe your experience to be from a business perspective versus a technical role.

Best of luck,
Lisa
