Hi, I got this major question regarding the two. I want to get into finance or accounting. let's assume the $$ isnt an issue, which school is more prestegious and give me a better chance of landing a job right out of mba. I am on visa so it's required for me to get a job right out of school or else my visa is done. (this is the simple version)

so basically job prospect right out of school is #1 priority.

now, lets assume $$ is an issue, then which school would you go? fordham or baruch, assuming the same finance/accounting track.

assume my scores/application are good for both.

Bump

I'm going for an MS Accounting. I would like to get some advice on these schools, as well. If you could also offer advice on Pace, that would help as well.

Thanks!

i applied to Fordham MBA program, and i was considering applying to Baruch but i was asking the same question to many people and the answer i got mostly that fordham is much more prestegious, some people never even heard of baruch
so i've never been to either one of them and i am still waiting for the decision from fordham but based on my research i think that fordham is a much better b-school especially accounting department
good luck

imo Fordham > Pace > Baruch
My goal is to make MBA applicants take onus over their process.

According to the US news rankings for PT business school programs
Baruch ranks higher than Fordham or Pace

Which is to why I'm confused why Pace >Baruch ? It cant just be private vs public

You asked about Prestige and Fordham carries more weight because it's a more well known school. Getting a job out of an MBA is not tough.
