Can I submit application before getting all required docs?

Hi, supposed there are 5 required documents.
GMAT, TOEFL, 2 RECS, 1 Essay

GMAT, and TOEFL are there.
2 RECS has been uploaded.

I'll upload my essay before the deadline.
Can I just submit application at this state?

I'm curious because I have seen the "Checking Status" page, which haven't updated anything although GMAT has already been sent.
