Hi Admission Consultants,
Could you please provide me some detail information on the big Real Estate companies in US,recruiting from top 20 b-Schools out there...?
What is the average package for these firms for fresh top 20 b-Schools grads in US?
What is the reasonable and expected salary growth 3-5 years down the line with these firms?
How do your see the growth prospects of these firms and career growth with them as compared to big Consultancy firms? (If comparable to any extent at all in terms of career growth...)

Any feedback is highly appreciated.

Hi

You should narrow down to 4-5 schools and speak with few alumni. Career option and progression varies a lot and eye to eye comparison with consulting jobs would not be a suitable benchmark. Consulting firm's pay range as well as salary hikes depend upon individual.
Also, would like to know your profile.
I know a person who pursued MBA from HBS and got into high level position into TATA Strategy group. He was co-leading the effort for real estate acquisition in USA on behalf of TATA group. Hope this helps.
