Hello Guys,
I just wanted to know the effectiveness of 1 year Management Certificate programs from IIM's such as GMITE, EGMP conducted by IIM, Bangalore. Has anyone attended the same in the past or have insights or reviews to share.Please do so ! Is there any hope in outside market after completing such course if one doesn't plan to stay with the current organization. Any inputs on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Robert, but due to some personal commitments I can't go for any full time programs as of now so I am planning to drill down to such courses. I have practical exposure of working in domains such as Investment Banking, Health Care and Supply chain too along with International Exposure of around 1.5 yrs in USA earlier. Currently I am in techno-functional role with Six Sigma implementation on ongoing processes so want to switch to management profile as soon as possible and look out for change and if things work out then could go for 1 yr executive MBA later.
