GMAT 640 profile evaluation and advice

Hi

I would appreciate if you could advice me on my chances of getting admission to a B-School

Professional Profile: 4.3 years IT experience in Telecom and Banking domain
Age: 26
GMAT: Female
Nationality: Indian
Undergrad GPA: 2.9
GMAT: 640 Q 50, V 27 (taken on 31st Aug 2010)
Engineering: BTech ( Electronics and Communication)

Career Growth (very concise):

Joined the an IT firm as a Software Engineer from June 2006 to Oct 2009. As a developer, worked on the requirement Analysis, designing and developing.

From Oct 2008 to July 2009, worked on client and stake holder management. Closing working with the end client's customers for effective IT delivery. Setting up of processes for quality.

Since 2009, leading a team of 4 to 5 people at several critical management processes.

Oct 2009, I got promoted for showing high performance from June '06 to '08

Awards and Achievements
Received two awards in April 2009 for high performance shown at client side
During Undergrad received second prize for national level symposium
Was among top 5% students in 2006 for engineering and medical entrance test

Question 1: Right now I am confused whether to retake GMAT or to apply for the schools in the first round
Question 2: If I apply for the schools in the first round, which schools would I be eligible for?
