Well it will be a plus point for some schools. Varies on the program you want to apply. Generally preference is given to those who have more experience, but if your overall profile is too good comparing it to other candidate you would definitely win over ! You have to see which B-Schools you can target specifically for 2 years experience really.

Two years could be fine for business school. But, I would also ask what's the rush? Why do you feel the need to go to business school after only two years of work experience. You need to make sure the rest of your application is top notch to have a chance at any top 20 school. 700 plus GMAT, great extracurriculars, good leadership experience, etc.

Normally business schools require work experience of 3-5 years. Although some schools don't require this.
The average work experience in most top schools is in this range, but some of them do accept candidates with lesser work experience provided their profiles are strong.

Two years of experience might be in the lower end of the spectrum. However, experience counts differently depending on what this experience is. Two years in McDonald's won't help you much, but two years in a meaningful position where you developed, learned and took responsibility will. Besides, if admitted, you still have time to build further experience, extending your final experience at school start to be almost 3 years. So tell the admission committee what you are planning on doing with that time that will ultimately make you a better candidate and bring important additional experience to the classroom.
