median question

If m is the median of 3 consecutive positive integers then which one must be true? (1) m>0 (2) m is odd or even (3) m is an integer.

I dont have the solution to this but i feel that 1 and 3 must be true. What is your take on this?

2) m could be odd or even

thanks for your response. But, the question asks "Must Be True".
(1) assured to be always tru
(2) assured to be not always ture
(3) doubtful..what is your opinion?

i think
all of them must be true

3 consecutive positive integers- so middle term is the median.
so it must be an integer
it must be positive
and an integer has to be either even or odd
The powers of two are bloody impolite!!
