Job prospects in U.K./U.S.

I have 18 years of experience in construction field(highways,airports etc)in India but now i am planning to do MBA to diversify my scope of work & to get a good job in US/CANADA/U.K after completing the MBA.My question is that if i do the MBA from U.K. university ( warwick or crenfield) ,what are the job prospects in above stated countries ,will i be able to get a good job as i have a family to feed on.
