Hi all

I took the manhattan practice test and kaplan practice test

Now i got a score of 550 in manhattan and a score of 620 in Kaplan

What do you guys think about this.. I dont know how to judge this?

Any help

i know i need to practice more... other than that how do i rank myself.

It's hard to say where you stand with these practice tests. What I recommend is that you take a GMATPrep test from MBA.com. They are free and the most accurate indicators of your actual GMAT performance. Take one at the beginning of your prep and one at the end.

This will be a more accurate gauge of your current performance. Good luck!

I agree with the above, and would like to add:

Even the real GMAT has a margin of error of 30 points. So, you can imagine that a practice test, which is really just a test prep company's best guess as to how the GMAT software works, will have an even greater margin of error.

So, long story short, the fact that your prep scores are quite different isn't a huge surprise. Chances are, your "actual" score is somewhere in the middle.
