Ratio of women to children

The ratio of women to children on a tour is 5:2. How many men are there?
a. Ratio of children to women is 5:11
b. There are less than 30 women on the tour.

OA is C but I am not sure how did they arrive at it considering both sentences do not mention anything about men?
