My question to you is that with my profile I feel these will be safe target but can you throw some light on schools which are safe according to my profile and where there is little chance of admission.Or schools which you want to recommend depending on my profile.

Thanking you in anticipation

you should apply to and shoot for the schools you really want, irregardless if you think your profile is exactly right. Schools in Canada, the US and abroad are all looking for dynamic, interesting and passionate applicants who will be highly employable after graduation. If you can convince them that with your background, experience, drive and potential that you are highly employable, you will slip in ahead of those 750 GMAT eggheads without a clue. Hope this helps.
