Hi,

With 7+ yrs. of work experience you are in an ideal phase of your career which most of the b-school(s) look for. An avg. GMAT/GPA can certainly be offset by submitting stron application essays and demonstrating leadership skills, achievements in or outside work place and additional aptitudes during the final interviews. You must also be focused on how an MBA from INSEAD or other b-school will help to achieve your goals, what will you bring to the classroom, how will you contribute to the b-school society, etc. If you are able to position well in application essays and interviews then you will stand a chance in b-school(s). You may try your chances in b-school(s) by clicking https://bit.ly/2IrqSh

Let me know in case of further queries. You may PM your details for discussion in length.

Regards
Erina

Okay so the quick answer is: You could get into INSEAD with a 670, and I've seen a few people do it, but they had very strong profiles (And were not from India). My advice would be that if you believe you can get higher, it is completely worth it to wait retake and apply later. With a 720, your application would be MUCH stronger.

What other schools will you be applying to?

Hi Jon,

Thank you for the feedback. I want to do my MBA in Europe. Regarding schools, I want to apply to those which are best schools in Europe and I can get maximum scholarship from school for studying. I found IMD and INSEAD suitable for me (other schools I donot have much idea). I am waitlisted for IMD now. Hence was looking for INSEAD. I am not sure if its good to apply in round3 for Jan 2014 intake or wait for sep 2014 intake(Round1).

Also I am not planning to retake GMAT (4 times taken)
