I am more agile than him.
First is correct - comparison between 'my agility' and "his agility". In the 2nd case, comparison in bwn "my agility" and HIM - ie AN ABSTRACT noun is compared with A CONCRETE NOUN. Additionally, to compare properly if One is in Subjective Case (as 'I'), then other should also in subjective case (note HIM is in objective case).
