From statement 2,

Let's say,

the number of companies that did not indicate that they had a business recovery plan = X

Therefore, the number of companies that had business recovery plan = 4X (read the statement 2 again, if you didn't get this point).

Total number of companies = Companies have revovery plan + companies don't have recovery plan = 1000

hence, X + 4X = 1000

5X = 1000
X = 200
Hence, 4X = 800, therefore 80% companies showed that they had business recovery plan.
