hi

I scored a 690 in GMAT.
I am a software engineer with work ex of 3 years till i be going for MBA next year Sep 2009.

Profile is excellent with lots of extra curricular, international traineeship, state and national awards.

Appeared for Singing performances on stage, various poems published on newspaper and all.

Kindly suggest what chances i have got in:

.Columbia
.Yale

or please suggest others

Dear youtolife,

You have the foundation to be competitive to your target schools. However it will be how well you put your overall application package together that will result in offers of admission. Your GMAT is in range, but perhaps a little below average for the programs you are considering (especially if you are an international student). In addition to these programs, you might consider applying to some other programs whose GMAT averages are between 650-690. I suggest this not because you won't get into your target schools, but because it is always good to have options where you will be a more competitive candidate.
