minimum at (-1, 1)

The graph shows a quadratic function with a minimum at (-1, 1)
If f (a) = f (1), which if the following could be the value of a?
A. 2
B. 0
C. -1
D. -2
E. -3

The equation of the parabola should be (y-1) = (x+1)^2
or f(x) = (x+1)^2 +1
f(1) = 5
f(-3) is also 5
