neither X nor Y parallelism

Jerry knows it is futile to convince his wife to buy the beach house because she is neither fond of swimming nor does she like to surf

A) she is neither fond of swimming nor does she like to surf
B) she is neither fond of swimming nor of surfing
C) she is neither fond of swimming nor surfing
D) neither is she fond of swimming nor of surfing
E) neither is she fond of swimming nor does she like to surf

The answer is listed below. I think all the options are wrong. shouldn't the correct answer be "she is fond neither of surfing nor of surfing" or "she is fond of neither swimming nor surfing"?

IMO B

Reasons:
1. It correctly uses 'co-relative conjunctions' (neither ... nor).
2. It maintains the 'part of speech' (neither fond of swimming nor of surfing)
3. It does not tamper the 'preposition' (OF).
4. Among all the choices given, it maintains all of the above three points.

Honestly, these are the pointers that you should be looking for in 'co-relative conjunctions' SC questions.

Therefore, B must be the right one.

I'd have to agree with you; B doesn't seem parallel.
What's the source?
I'll add one more acceptable sentence to your list: "she is neither fond of swimming nor fond of surfing"
