I've just finished my first AWA (Analysis of an Issue). Appreciate your kind help to review, rate and comments so that I can improve my skill for the comming test. Thanks a lot!

Answer:
The argument is discussing about various advantages of advancements in e-mail in existing corporate world. The author's analysis is based on various assumptions and scenarios which in turn strengthens the use of e-mails for efficient business communication.
The author is assuming that e-mails will be responded time to time by various coporate departments which interact with each other quiet often and which inturns leads to business continuity. What if the certain important e-mail communication has been ignored by some department? What if there is lot of delay in response of e-mail? Organization should enforce strict timelines and policies for e-mail responses. Some exceptions can be there though. Organization needs to conduct time to time training for workforce to cope up with advancements of electronic mail functionality.
Author is assuming that e-mail server will be avilable round the clock. Many a times there can be problems with servers such as server down, failure, crash, etc. which will affect the e-mail delivery. The Availabilty of back up server can avoid these problems. Organization needs to revamp there policies in such a way that there will be minimal sever failure possibilities/incidence.
Sometimes E-mails can be mis-interpreted by the end user which can be major communication problem. To resolve this issue, e-mails should be written clearly and point wise. It should clearly depict what the mailer is trying to convey, avoiding misunderstanding.
Author is assuming that data exchanged by an e-mail is secured and as per corporate security policy. To ensure this Organization needs to enforce strict Information security policies. Workforce should be aware of security and data sharing policies.
If all the above mentioned policies and procedures are enforced then one can enjoy the facility of e-mail very efficiently. E-mail comes with the facility of quick data sharing at low cost which is very advantageous for Organization.
