argument states a report and concludes that result of the cited report is actual practice of people. hence, the assumption is that report describes actual behavior.
A - opposite to the conclusion
B - focus on "regularly" i.e. actual behaviour
C - we are not concerned about numbers
D - not really. it can be mathematically proven as well
