Do we use full stop with acronyms such as, Master of Science

MS - correct/wrong
M.S. - correct/wrong

Similarly, do we use full stop with Ms and Mrs

Ms / Ms.
Mrs / Mrs.

But this simply fits in the punctuations in GMAT Sentence Correction. Any suggestions on the correct answer?
