If you could kindly advice my chance of success at Kellogg(my dream school) and Columbia?
Age: 30
Gender: F
Chinese
Working experience: Big four advisory. Great progression and couple of years international exposure
GMAT: 740
iBT: 115 (if it at all matters)

Your numbers are strong enough, but it's hard to say what your chances are based on the little info you provided. Your age is a bit older than would be ideal, but not a major negative. Crucial to your chances will be how much leadership you can talk about at and outside of work.
