My Doubt: What's wrong with B ?

How to figure out from the sentence that which of the two, one/each, is to be used ?

Surely, the difference between B and E is that of meaning.
And meaning wise B and E are much different. How do you know what is the right meaning that the sentence is trying to convey ?
Thoughts ?

The meaning is crucial here, since logic is almost as important in the GMAT as grammatical accuracy, when it comes to Sentence Correction. Try to rephrase both versions and see whether they are equally logical.

Have a look at the original sentence: All of the letters in the Cyrillic alphabet, one of which is borrowed from either the Greek or Latin alphabet, represents specific sounds in spoken Russian.

The sentence above is talking about All the letters, so what do you think is better - mentioning something about 1 particular letter or providing some info about the all the letters under consideration?

Hope it helps!
