I'd say its C

- uses seemingly
- uses "accentuates" at the end which goes with the "have" (in have embraced)

Id choose C.

AB&E make it sound like these apartments are physically standing over the other units, which I dont believe is the intention. C & D both make the comparison between choosing apartments in towers and the brownstone units.

I chose C over D because accentuates is the proper use over accentuated.
