Hi Aman,

Thank you for posting your recommendation. I just took my first GMAT today, I am quite disappointed but expected for the result. I got a 560 with Q44 and V23 and have already schedule a re-take in 32 days. Anyways, I do see a strong need of improvement on my verbal section since English is not my native language. The sentence correction and comprehension sections killed me completely. I read from your post that e-Gmat is a great tool to improve the verbal part. Do you recommend to get the package for both SC and CR? or just SC? By the way, how did you prepare for your AWA sections? I ran out of time when I just finished my first and second sentences on my conclusion and I bet this may be the shortest summary/conclusion the grader ever seen. :P

Hi Jeff,

I would suggest that you purchase both SC and CR. I enjoyed both the courses and got benefited from both.

Also, will you be trying to improve your quant as well. You have a Q44. Do you think you can increase that to Q48 or 49. Again, I do not know if you have strong quant background, but if you do, then definitely try to improve your quant as much as you like.

For AWA I did not practice much. I just saw chinese burned (GMATClub) template and followed that. Luckily I never had problems writing!! :)

Good luck to you...

Aman

Hi Aman,

Thank you for the advise. I will going ahead and purchase that.
For my Quant, I normally do above 44 on mocks and probably this was the first time I took the real exam, a little bit nervous on the quant section (since I only finished AWA with one sentence of conclusion, lol). I am confident that I will get at least 47, 48 on that section. But thank you so much for your advise though, hope I will get at least 700 next month. :D
