- GMAT Score:480
Hi All
Just took the GMAT on 12/10/08 and I did horrible! 450, V 15, Q28. Which is weird becuase I suck at math. Anyways I dont wanna bog you down with unnecessary details but I wanna give you a full picture so somebody can give me words of advice.
-I studies for this test for the past 3 months, a lot of procrastination but on average 5 hours a day (imagine only 70% was used due to my ADHD)
-The evil on this test and my cryptonite is SC. I was born and raised in US, so I am familiar with all the idioms for the most part. But my grammer REALLY SUCKS. I CANT read a sentence and tell you what was the verb, pro-noun, or the modifier. I need to go back to basics with this, I mean like elementary middle school. Any books or website recommended? I do have all MGMAT books(I have not ready 80% of them including SC) and just started reading Princeton Review's CRACKING THE GMAT (which I should have started 3 months ago)
-I suck in math but I finally got my basic math concepts down enough to get a decent math score.
-I took 2 older test (paper format) and scored roughly 530.
-I took the LSAT back in '03 and got 155, my argument structure is great (close to 95% on the GMAT because of the LSAT) RC could use a little help but I am a lazy ass with RC and I HATE studying for that, obviously thats gotta change. But this is something that I do have control over
-I tried cramming the last week before the tests, I read all my notes again 5 hours before the test
-Never took a CAT exam.
-I finished the MGMAT class and I still have access to all their CAT's and all their
What should I change for the next test which I want to take in 3-4 weeks? How do I fix my SC QUICK? I do have a "red book" that I write down all my Quant questions that I get wrong for review material(which helped A LOT). 6-8 hours a day to much in such a short period of time? How many test per week should I take?
PLEASE HELP! As long as I break 570 I am happy, it will get me into my school. My biggest problem is SC at this time. Its like the test new (obviously) that I sucked in SC, and I only got 7 or max 8 argument structure questions the rest was RC and SC

**I HATE STANDARDIZED TESTS, FIRST THE LSAT AND NOW THE GMAT**
