Regarding Pulitzer problem:
my options in the picture seem different from the options posted by you on the post, that you have directed me to.
In your post 'for' is used in D option....which seems correct usage
In my posted pic, you will notice that D option uses a 'to' and E uses a 'for'
I went for 'e' for parallelism, But OA is D
Regarding Vine Growers problem:
For D option
Vine growers still harvest grapes as have been done for centuries (sounds awkard)
'has' is to be used as it refers to harvest
I dont find any problem with A. I just dont find any problem with D too. Kindly clarify
Regarding posting one problem in one post: Will take care of it in future

In option D , no past tense is used I guess. option A and option D both uses present perfect tense.
why option D is wrong? Will you pl. explain? Or is it that option A is more preferrable than D?

This is passive construction. HAS is singular. What is the subject and object?
You can get answer answer yourself.

The only thing in D is passive construction as you correctly pointed out. I don't see any error in D though.
Am I missing sth? pl. suggest.

Harvest - Subject
Wine growers - Object
But we already have better construction in A. Context is clear and things are parallel. So, Why we will think much about E?

We are trying to compare (rather I would say consider) two things.
1. Wine growers harvest grapes
2. as it was done in the past
Wine growers- Sub
harvest - verb
grapes - obj
but if you say (as in D) as has been done
there is nothing specific you are referring.... if it had been "as it has been done" that would have made more sense....
consider A it has "as they have done"
