I am not sure,but I got to C by applying below logic.

either of the two constructions is correct.

More based on X than on Y

Based on more X than Y - C follows this structure.

Please post theOA and explanation.

Is it "B"???

As only B clearly relates Executives, perception, emotion and ground reality. Rest all creates ambiguity.

also B only clearly relates executives with their.
