GMAT 2011

by pratik_agr » Tue Nov 23, 2010 9:06 pm
I have a series of questions, though they are related with each other.

My college ends in June, 2011. I will be graduating with a BBA degree. After which I plan to do my MBA from a foreign institute. The first criteria of WorkEx, is not available with me, still I think if I manage a real good score in GMAT, I might be able to get into a pretty decent University. Is my thought on the right track ? Is WorkEx really that important?

Also the second question is when should I give my GMAT, such that after my college gets over, I need not waste a year. As the rhythm for studies, if once lost is very difficult to gain back.

Thirdly, which leading Universities can you suggest where without WorkEx, and a pretty good gmat score, that is upwards 720, can I get an admission.

Thanking You,
Pratik Agarwal

All the good schools require a minimum of 2 years of post undergraduate full time work experience while the average work experience at most of the top schools is around 5 years,so you may have to wait for a couple of years if you want to go for an MBA
However, you may want to look at MS programs which accept GMAT scores.
