Hi Experts,
I have just started my GMAT preparation and planning to take the exam sometimes in August/September' 10. My aim is to score 750+. I have the confidence.
Currently I am working for a company. So I'll not get full time for the preparation. But I am planning to spend atleast 2-3 hours in a day for the preparation.
I would like to seek your expert advice on the materials/books which i need to purchase for the preparation. I have good knowledge on Math, but need to brush up completely. On verbal, I am an average guy.
I have red comments on the below books, but before i buy, i would like to confirm which one is the best.
1. Manhattan 8 book series
2. EZ Solutions - GMAT books (both advanced and basics)
3. Princeton Review Verbal
4. Kaplan Math review
5. Powerscope CR
6. Quantitative apptitue by RS Agarwal (for some of the math subjects)
I have OG 11th edition with me already.
Since I have plenty of time (i hope so), I am also planning to brush up my grammer using Wren and Martin high school grammer book. Kindly suggest whether this is a good idea or not.
Also suggest me whether taking GMAT coaching classes will help me or self study with proper study plan will be sufficient. In case, any classed needs to be taken, can you please suggest a good institute in Bangalore?
If someone suggest some good study plans also helpful to me.
Sometimes I am thinking whether I should read more books for lot of practices.
If you could help me with your valuable suggestion, I would be very happy to receive.
Thanks and regards
Dev
