less than 10,000 => less than 5 digits.

1) 4 digits series
-------------
210 = 2*3*5*7 ... total 24 ways
210 = 1*6*5*7 ... total 24 ways

2) 3 digits series
----------
6 * 5 * 7 .. total 6 ways.

total = 24+24+6 = 54 ways
