Generally we use 'the two outcomes' when only two outcomes are possible. But here they are tossing 4 times in a row. As there are more than two possibilities, ideally the problem should ask 'What is the probability that exactly two outcomes are same?' OR 'What is the probability that at least two outcomes are same?' OR 'What is the probability that at most two outcomes are same?'
