just say alpha to one of the angels near 90 and you'll see the other is 90-alpha.

draw vertical lines to x axis from point p and q. you'll see there are 2 right triangels with angels alpha and 90-alpha and with the same-length hypotenuse equal to the radius.

after that it is too easy.
