IMO E

Statement (1)

Having a -ve product means that there should be an odd number of -ve numbers in the set. However having an odd number of -ve numbers does not help in knowing if it is more or less than the positive numbers.

e.g {-1,2,3} = 1 odd 2 even product is -ve less # of -ve numbers

{-1,-2,-3,1} product will be -ve #-ve numbers > #positive

So insufficient.

Statement (2)
Insufficient.

I could have 1..6 negative numbers. Who knows?

Combining (1) and (2)

I could have 1,3,or, 5 negative numbers. So again not sure. So insufficient data .. Thus E
