s/t = 64.12

If s and t are positive integer such that s/t = 64.12, which of the following could be the remainder when s is divided by t?
(A) 2
(B) 4
(C) 8
(D) 20
(E) 45

s=qt+r

s/t=q+r/t

64.12=q+r/t

64+12/100=q+r/t

r/t=12/100=3/25

t=25/3*r

r must be divisible by 3 since t is an integer.

Only 45 is divisible by 3.
