Since 70 are street cats, 130 are domestic.

Since 110 are gray, 90 are not gray.

Of the 110 gray cats, there are 30 gray cats that are street cats, so there are 110 - 30 = 80 gray cats that are domestic.

Thus, there are 130 - 80 = 50 cats that are domestic and not gray.

Answer: C
