Hi Stacy,
Thank you very much for your previous reply. There is another question which I don't understand. It says "Tell us a situation when you experienced challenges in team setting, and what you have done to help the team achieve its goals".
What does "Team setting" exactly mean? Does the question mean general challenges faced in a team? or does it mean "explain a situation when i faced conflicting ideas within a team?" or does it mean "Problems faced during allocation of a team"?.
I fail to comprehend "Team setting".

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanking you,

Regards,
Vaishnavi

Dear Vaishnavi,

Team setting is any experience where you have been a member and/or leader of a team. The school probably prefers an example from your professional experience, but you could also use a personal experience if it is your best example. The challenge could be any of the things you mention--it is up to you to pick the best example.

Good luck,
Lisa
