You should definitely do the GMATPREP tests from mba.com at least twice each for a total of four tests. After you take each of the tests on the program you'll need to reset the program to retake the tests (but you'll have almost all new questions).

I know that some people re-take the Manhattan series until they've used up all the 700 level questions, but besides that I'm not sure what to tell you.
