My background is in non-profit brand management and marketing. My goal is to complete an MBA and go into corporate brand management.

A few questions:

1) What does the traditional "brand management" career track look like for MBA's?

2) What are the top internships available for brand management?

3) Do you have any good resources to learn more about the career as a whole? Coming from a small shop, I am confident in the career choice but have limited knowledge of its breadth in larger companies.

Thank you!

I am not sure of the "traditional track" but I do know that several b-school grads take up careers in brand management. From what I have read they are typically FMCGs such as Johnson & Johnson, but I doubt it's limited to FMCGs. Maybe look for schools with a marketing specialization? Or schools with professional clubs related to brand management or marketing?

I'm sure the employment reports from each school should also be able to provide you with more insight.

Good luck :)
