You have demonstrated academic leadership skills however most schools also like to see real work experience. Work exp allows you to effectively contribute to class discussions and also better understand the concepts that are being introduced. Schools will sometimes make an exception for work experience but only if you have an outstanding GPA or GMAT score. I would recommend a bit more full time work exp and maybe another shot at the GMAT.
