Hi There,

I gave my gmatprep exam pack test 3. Now I opened the software again but couldn't review the responses. Actually the gmatprep software is showing that I didn't even take the test. Its very disappointing as I wasted my whole day on this test and now can't conclude anything. Moreover, my internet has always been good but the software keep freezing out and I have updated my gmatprep software before even starting the test.

I have sent gmatprep already an email. However, I wonder if they can retrieve my responses back.

Thanks,
Rakesh

I have the exact same problem as Rakesh has. I managed to get hold of the problem with the freezing (specially while taking the test!) by updating AdobeAir to the newest standard. Nevertheless, I would also be interested in the solution of this issue and in whether it is possible to retrieve my answers!

Hi rakeshd347 and fchris,

We had found that people who were experiencing this issue were not using the correct version of the
free software, but it sounds like you have both updated your software to version 2.2.315?

If you haven't updated to this version, the update can be done from either this web page (https://www.mba.com/the-gmat/download-fr ... tware.aspx) or from the GMATPrep software. To update directly from the software, open the GMATPrep software, and view your current version number in the upper left corner of the window. If you have an older version, a message saying "Update to new version" will appear in green at the top right of the window. Click that link and follow prompts to successfully update.

You've done the right thing by emailing the GMATPrep customer care team. A member of the team should be in touch shortly to help you with your questions.

Apologies and please let me know if you have any other questions.

Many thanks,
Tina

Hi Tina,

Your team member mailed me back and said that we are aware of the issue, however, they didn't give me any time frame as to when they can resolve it. Quite disappointing that you guys start selling the products without testing properly.
