I wouldn't worry about a grammar error--probably better not to send a corrected version to admissions committees at this point.

Hi and congrats on submitting your applications! About the grammar error, relax! If it is one small error it will not affect your overall application. Through an online search you can come across lots of essays from accepted MBA students and often you will see small grammatical errors in them. As long as your story is compelling and your essays consistent with each other, such small errors are not going to hurt you.
