I'm posting this as I'm applying (late, I know) for stage 4 at Cambridge and stage 3 at Oxford entry. Oxford/Cambridge is the ideal place for me to develop the skills to fulfill my career aspirations. Any advice on the application process is appreciated. Thanks.

Australian working in Government/Business Intelligence
Work ex: 10 years of work experience w/ a 5000 person agency in Australia servicing an area twice the size of France to a primarily indigenous Australian client base. Promotion every two years. 6 years management exp., currently project manager.
Age: 32
Leadership/Self-starter: Founder of a charity which runs TEDx conferences.
Extra ciriculars: Extremely strong. Ambassador for White Ribbon Day, the U.N. day for stopping violence against women. Former president of the state Young Professionals Network and committee member on various volunteer organisations. Representative on the national awards committee for the best article in the Australian Journal of Public Administration.
GMAT: 690
GPA: extremely average undergrad ~4/7 (ten years ago). Recent post-grad certificate: 5.75/7
Ed: BIT, Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management
International: No international experience, however I speak Australia-wide speaker on youth/stats and have significant cross-cultural experience (speaking with overseas offices).
Other: Marathon running, organising work-group exercise
