If A is a prime numer, what is the value of A?
1. 0<A<10
2. (A-2) is divisible by 3
OA- E; IMO - C.
Statement 1 - Not sufficient
A can be 2, 3, 5, 7
Statement 2 - Not sufficient
(5-2) & (29-2) are both divisible by 3
Combining both statements, only (5-2) is divisible by 3. Sufficient.
Solution says (2-2)=0 is also another possibility, hence both statements together are not sufficient.
Is my solution correct?
