Applicant's Preparations

Hello everyone. I am Sam and I am from the US. I quitted my 3 year-old job for my desire of getting masters in Business Administration and I wanted to enter Kellogg, Cornell or Michigan. I would like to know the things I should prepare for this goal.

You should firstly work on your GMAT score and ensure that you get something around 700. Also work on what do you plan to do post completion of the program. How do you think the program will help you reach your goal.

First thing I would recommend you doing is really take time to think through why you want to get an MBA. What goals will it help you accomplish? Why is now the right time to do it? The MBA isn't something you should take likely. It is very expensive and will take 2 years out of your working career. Plus, after going through this exercise, it will help you think about what schools you should apply to and give you fodder for compelling essays. Good luck!
