You have the most amazing and unique profile I have ever read on this forum.

If you don't mind the US, you should think about applying for HBS or Stanford. They don't mind young applicants!

Thanks. I am just afraid of 3rd round. What would be expert recommendations on this? I am definately applying this year, but most US schools have already their application pool filled in by 3rd round.

The 3rd round is reserved for people just like you!! If you can get 700+ on the GMAT, you have a high chance of getting accepted.

Even if you don't get in this year, you can apply again next year. In fact, they'd probably encourage you to apply again next year. You're only 22!!!! You can try and try again for the next 5 years and still be under the average age.

The only thing you should worry about applying round 3 is if you have enough time to apply for VISAs. You probably don't have to worry about scholarships however given your profile.

Seriously dude, you are the type of person that gets accepted into Harvard. Your profile is bordering on unbelievable. 4.1 GPA, president of university and manage 7 national brand at your own company at the age of 22. It's almost as if you're making all this up - not saying you are. But your profile is that amazing. Just look at who you're competing against, we're basically all the same.

I don't mean to inflate your ego or false sense of security, you still have to write good essays and get solid letters of recommendations (i bet you could even get one from the president???) , however I have never read a profile on beat the GMAT and thought yep this guy is definitely going to HBS or Stanford...the only way you can not get in, is to write absolutely appalling essays.

I don't want to wait one more year, I just feel I need to change everything and take a new course in my professional experience. Yet do not know where I see myself in future: investments or marketing.

But thanks for your comments. I appreciate it.

What you mean by solid letters? What will experts suggest on this? Like a letter from Electronics Company region CEO or how solid should letters be?

Have a look at the questions business schools ask your referees. Solid means that they can asnwer those questions properly. It doesn't actually matter what their title is, as long as they are more senior than you and can take the time to answer those questions.

e.g. Why is the applicants greatest strengths?

Bad Answer
John's greatest strength is that he is a good communicator. He can talk with people from all walks of life and ages.

Good Answer
John's greatest strength is that he is an excellent communicator. For example, he managed a team of 10 in developing a television program for youth. The range of stakeholders he dealt with was complex. He had to liaise with production staff in doing a and y and to achieve z. He has to correspon with the students to do a and b, achiving c.

I suspect you will have some trouble getting appropriate recommendations. Firstly, it has to be written in english. And secondly, to get it in the form I described above where they aren't just giving you blanket praise.

Your age will be an issue only because it suggests that you don't have significant work experience. I don't understand from your profile how you are reporting what must be work experience and school experience at the same time. You will need to explain very carefully how that has worked.

Your achievements are impressive and you certainly have great potential. You may find that schools will feel that you should have more full-time work experience before earning your MBA. Some schools will offer a deferred admit. That would be a great opportunity. You would know that you are accepted, but would have the chance to build the kind of experience and confidence that will help you stand up to the rigors of the MBA classroom as well as gain from the course material.

Good luck,

But isn't Country Marketing Manager for best selling retail brand in a country not enough for them? With recommendation comming directly from region CEO?

The question will be how long you have worked full time. If you are only 22, you cannot have been out of college for long, and since you say you carried 120% course load, they will question whether you were actually working full time. You will need to explain your work and school schedules carefully so that they can evaluate your background.

That does not mean that they will discount it, simply that at first glance they will have questions.
